I use pay pal all the time to buy stuff on Ebay or CL. Never had a problem and it makes buying stuff so much easier.

Haven't had a problem yet with it. It sure makes things easier to buy on-line.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Same here, I love not having to enter my card info over and over again! Will be watching it closer though, I can't see it turning into a threat, but you never know!

I have used paypal for years with no issues. I had a small business that accepted PP and have made hundreds of transactions.
If someone has used your account then they must have stolen your PP password. I would definitely change it right away. Next I would make sure there are no viruses or malware on your computer(s) that could be logging your keystrokes. There are plenty of free scantools out there. Malwarebytes is one I use quite often.

You let those Nazi's find out you bought a gun with it, your account will be locked tighter than dick's hat band. I "used" to use it, all the time, just like every one else is saying, FleaBay and the likes, handy as a hip pocket. But when they deemed some certain knives didn't meet there approval, bamm, locked. I finally got everything straightened out, but vowed never again. Let some ass-hat file a complaint for what ever reason, and see how that goes for you.

I've used it plenty of times, the last was me selling a sub box to a member on here, without trouble. I was going to buy Cmack's Ipod but while trying to transfer money from my bank to my PayPal it took almost $50 of fees and never transferred the money and I canceled it but then it froze my bank account after I stopped it. Everything is resolved now and I have my money back but it's just weird that it failed took some of my money and then took me being on the phone for 2 hours to get it straight. I believe that it was a one time thing and PayPal stood behind their word and gave me my money, minus the whatever percent transfer fee, so I still have faith in it.

I've never had an issue with paypal. You have to be careful with it. There is a LOT of phishing crap out there with paypal trying to get your password. They look exactly like the paypal site and will even pass you through to paypal. They will then use your login to take money from your accounts.

And I get rope a doped over a couple of Microtechs. Most gun and knife forums I visit, the word PayPal is worse than talking about ones mother.

Paypal is great. I have spent around 10k with it and never had an issue. If I did have any problems with vendors, paypal took care of it and got me a refund within 5 days. Sorry to hear it isnt working for you. I love it.
