Ok so its not a "product" review...but rather a service

Awhile back, Jon from DSMS posted up that he would like someone to send him a set of HIGHLY used coilovers for them to rebuild and correctly revalve for that specific vehicle. I got his approval on teh fact that my coilovers were WAY overdue for a rebuild...theyve been on 2 trucks, and over 40K miles on them...they squeaked and creaked...they looked like hell...

    Anyways

I sent them in...this was during Jon's transition to 619 or whatever...so Sonny got ahold of them...He tore into them and gave me a call

Apparently the heims were completely gone and my SAWs were being held together by faith alone...im one lucky SOB i guess...along with that, the shafts were super pitted to the point that he couldnt even polish the pitting out of them...so he called Sway-A-Way and ordered a new shaft...replaced that

Fast forward...I re-installed them yesterday and then made an hour long drive back to my house

    OMG they are INCREDIBLE

Going from a worn out SAW to worn out rancho/spacer/stock spring back into a GOOD SAW with 675...quite a transition

My truck seems to just glide over bumps and potholes etc in the road and it rides as smooth as glass again

It doesnt have an incredible amount of nose dive while breaking anymore

It has a HUGE decrease in body roll during cornering

If anyone is looking to get their adjustable coilovers rebuilt...DSMS can do it...and they'll do a fantastic job

Sonny took supper good care of me and I will DEFINATELY be contacting him next time i need something they offer

I will report back with my offroad review after the Carolina Meet in april
    :D

    Thanks again Sonny!
