1.) Pay off all my student debt, as well as the girlfriends
2.) Buy my Dad a new cargo van. He's a courier and has a Ford cargo van with 400K on it.
3.) Buy a decent house somewhere in the country but not too far from school
4.) heated/cooled garage. Every tool I could ever possibly need. Hydrolic lift
5.) Build my Taco up for wheeling
6.) Tundra 5.7 Crewmax 4x4 TRD Supercharged, build it as well for a DD.
    7.) 4Runner Trail 4x4 for the girlfriend

I'd live off the rest while going to school. Hell, I'd probably pursue a masters degree since I wont have to worry about paying back all the college costs.

Give myparents money to pay off all of their debts. Give Dad the vacation to tour the US that he's always wanted to do. Then give them anything else that they waned and allow my Dad an early retirement, Mom's already retired.
A couple thousands acres of untouched woodland and put a house right in the middle of it with about a 20 acre field surrounding the house and a nice 10+ car garage.
Buy and build a 2nd gen, sas my first gen.
Buy a few cars mainly an SLS AMG and the new 911.
Put the rest in a Swiss bank account a live off of the interest.
Buy a house on Folly and Edisto Beach.

Well first off I would buy a limo and go get the lump sum. Next I would get a few k's in singles at make it rain like a damn monsoon at a high end strip club just to say I did it :D I'd go pick my woman up and fall off the grid. Pay off my bills, pay off my parents debts, give them enough to retire right then. My friends would get a letter in the mail and a plane ticket to whatever mountain top/ island I'm living on. I'd hire my favorite few bands to come play at my place and throw a bitchin' party. Then I'd be a responsible adult  and invest and live off the interest. Oh and I'd call Dave Ramsey just to hear him bitch about how I didn't work for my wealth. Hell yea I did. I worked to afford the ticket didn't I?

I haven't put any thought into this though. :p
