I just got my retros from the group buy, will be doing the bhlm here soon, but have a question about the process.... I have noticed in a few guides that certain people reglue in different places than others do.... im just wanting some clarification before i tackle this project.

In this picture, the circled portion is not glued. Some people reglue this, and others dont.....

In this picture from the sticky, it is glued. Some people glue there, and some dont.

I know that there are vent holes in the headlight to allow it to "breathe", but if its not glued from the factory in that spot, why reglue it when you put the halfs back together?

im overly worried about them fogging. Mine will be resealed with the glue from trs, and sealer around the outside after they are together.

    Mine too.

Take your time with the process and they won't fog up on you.

I've done 3 sets without regluing anything, just heated them up and pressed back together. So far no fogging and all passed the car wash test. Not saying its not needed but my luck has been well so far.
