I quit when they hit 3 bux a pack.....too much for me to pay......that was 6yrs ago.

 

They are going to keep raising the taxes so that people can no long afford it and decide to quit. They cant pass laws that ban tobacco, so they will just tax everyone to death to force them to quit.
I know a lot of people who are thinking about quitting because of how expensive it has become.
Im glad I never got into smoking or chew. I smoke cigars every now and then, but only once or twice a year. Never much cared for cigarettes and I think chew is gross.

That or they know it's hard for people to quit so they figure this is a good place to get as much money as they need.
