    agreed!
you should do duals, the weight is worth it. and its nice piece of mind if you blow a tire you will still be okay if you get another flat!

or wheel like a beast and you might need 2 spares if you do something stupid! haha

    i do agree though

if he uses the majic 52.5" number his truck will sit higher because he will have a different shackle angle than what i'm running. plus not having 2 spares hanging off the back end will make a big difference in not dropping the ride height

you talking about the shocks? they need to be run at a slight angle (i forget what that is) in order for them to cycle properly. straight up is a no go

Not sure yet, I want to put them as close to straight as possible. But if I do them perfectly straight I wont be able to switch out for a 16" triple later. I think that will be a decision made at point of mock up

Yes mine are strait up, and I'm at 56.5...and it blows.
The ride sucks ass. The shackles don't cycle properly and they stop swinging when they should be. As time and $$$ permits I'll be moving the shackle mounts forward and redoing my bedcage.

    Thanks for the reminder.

    No prob

Those are survival shocks. If you break down you can remove and cook food on them. They get up to sizzling operating temp in just a mile or two of rough stuff

Looks good, but might just be the picture, but the shackles look to be pretty vertical :notsure:
