thats not just in louisiana. several cities in the south have that law, its said it would cost more to ammend the law then it does to keep it on the books quietly. obviously it is from a point in time where horse drawn carriage was the way around town. in birmingham there is actually a city ordinance that says it is illegal to walk down the street with an ice cream cone in your back pocket.... do we really need to make that a law?

I'm glad Texas has no laws against chirping tires, or i would owe the state alot of money. Damn limited slip in my truck likes to chirp my inside tire around almost every corner:D

I must be an old fogey, but I thought most of those 10 laws were pretty common most everywhere. I don't know about "chirping" but teenagers have been getting cited for "laying rubber", racing, or reckless driving in GA for the last 50 years or more. Most folks older than that have already learned better.

They have obscure laws about most anything to pull out of the bag if they need an excuse to stop and detain someone.

As for the Kennesaw gun law, that was just something they passed for a political statemement back when the Clinton gun restriction efforts were being pushed. In GA, that's kind of like a law requiring you to pee at least once a day. No real intention to enforce it, but it did gain the local politicians a lot of big wig brownie points.

Yeah, I always figured it was more of being silly kind of thing, and didn't expect it would be ever be enforced.

ROFL! Its true , its TRUE.... you used CAPS...CAPS, and a website. ITs proven irrefutably... its irrefutable! You have to be right.

    WRONG

You dont have the right nor do I. Your sense of entitlement is violated , but when isnt it. Some day someone you know will be hit by a drunk .."traveller" you now therfore must acknowledge its ok and let him go if you really believe it. ..... or you just trolling.
