    Finished up the tire carrier last night and got the new 33x10.50 spare mounted this morning. All painted and shiny. I'll try to get pics later today.

    License plate in mounted with a section of receiver tube on the tire carrier and a locking hitch pin. Cheapo LED light for it too.

    Got a couple pics of the rear frame plates I made. I used some 4"x 3/16" flat bar. Had to make one cut to fit the curve of the frame but its solid.

    looks good when the red calipers are showing...

    seems like you'd need some red elsewhere to balance it out though..calipers aren't always showing

    I didn't want to go overboard with it. The hilift and shovel handles have a fresh coat of red too, and the handle on the swing out latch is red, and so are the TRD emblems on the wheels. :confused:

    Too late. There are a few red accents on the truck and I thought the light rings would work with it all but it just felt like a bit too much. I've already repainted them black. :wave:

    Well. You said frame plates. I now have some, as well as my buddy who is not a TW member.

    I took your idea of mounting the cb in the ol ashtray, and the switch plate right over

    I mounted my cb antenna right in the same spot but on the passenger side.

    I build my buddy a bed rack like yours to haul his jack and crap. (didnt have the sweet DC10 tie downs tho)

    I could prolee figure out a few more if I tried, but now I just feel like a stalker!!

    Anyways The reason I thought I would start doing my truck is cause when I think about how I wanted my truck to look I just remember the first time I saw your build man.

    Super clean and just very well done.

    They were both the same color which didnt help me to visualize it to. Check it out and let me know what you think man!!
