Did you get the mini shroud? The screws could be for attaching the shroud to the projector. I didn't use the small washer.

Yes i got the mini and i used the 4 screws to attach each shroud. There is only one screw in each projector box. Idk what it could be

I bet they are just extras for the adapter plate. I just checked my leftover's box and had two of the really small screws left over. I'd go ahead and button everything up. You should be good to go.

I just cleaned all the glue i could off and put new glue for trs in then preheated to 200 and left in for 5min. It wouldn't go all the way back together like it was before and it had lots of moisture in there when i got it out. Anybody else had that problem?

you dont need to heat it up hotter, your just softening the glue at that point..... but maybe you didnt heat it up enough? as for the moisture, i dunno where it could have came from...

Heating it up for a longer time and less heat or a shorter time and more heat, either way try heating it back up and clamping it together again! And yes tha glue can very well cause moisture but u r probably ok now

There are people that have just reused tha stock glue but why chance it!? Honestly I would leave tha stock glue in because it is very sticky and just add a little more! It should just mix together once u heat it up

Hey guys I need a little help. I just got my headlights put together and turned on. One headlight (passenger) looks good! The other headlight (driver) has a weird glow to it. This never happend before the mod. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Is it a bulb problem? ballast problem? I was thinking maybe the bulb isnt heating up right ? or the ballast isnt power it right?

    Thanks for any help.

maybe the shield is out of adjustment? or fell off completely as it looks to be scattering light badly. always test your projectors before installing them in your housings.

sorry this happened dude mess with it a bit before taking them apart i guess maybe you can fix the issue

If you have an H1 setup check out my pics in post # 258. I ran the solenoid wires through the other holes in the grommet. Turned the dust seal inside-out and pushed it on top of everything. It's been raining here the past few days and I haven't had any problems.
