Pick Up my Pick-up Tuesday

Hey Guys,

I have been in the car biz my whole life, and gone to buy a Tacoma like 4 times and always ended up buying another car instead of another truck. A couple weeks ago I was getting the truck bug again and a week later one of my cars was rear ended and totaled by an F350. So I pulled the trigger and special ordered a Metallic Gray Double Cab TRD Sport 4x4 Tacoma. It should be here Tuesday. Got it with basically every package, including entune, tow package, etc.

I want to keep it fairly simple, powdercoat the factory wheels black or gunmetal, lift it about 3 inches or so, HIDs, TRD intake and either TRD or Magnaflow exhaust. I can't wait to pick it up...

Only other mods I already contemplated was a Snugtop Shell, or a Softopper. Don't wanna get too crazy as I am addicted to modding stuff. Mainly wanna just tow the boat in summer, and hit up Tahoe whenever there's some snow, and play in the mud. I am a long time lurker too. I have spent a lot of time just checking suspension threads.

My name is Matt and I am NorCal... I already see this as being a big money pit Mainly because I never figured out how to stop modding anything.

The truck was supposed to arrive today... It's killing me, especially since my next two days are 12hr days not sure how I am gonna finalize papers without being sick or something.

I thought I had the sport but I got the Sport Upgrade package which includes wheels I didn't want. The 17s look better to me, but I wanted to swap out to black wheels anyway. So I need to find some new wheels, doesn't even look like anything I can powdercoat...

I ended up getting off one hour early, getting the car pdi'd right off the truck, and still had stickers on it when I took delivery. Absolutely love this rig. Can't believe I waited so long to buy it. I can't find the right 18s. Always rock black/gunmetal wheels. Any lightweight black 18s or clean beadlocks?
