Oil drips from adaptor/transfer area seals?

Okay, been gearing up to do a clutch job on the Tacoma. 1995 3.4 4wd 5speed. Maybe goofed, but already changed all the fluids all through and have been to the spray wash to clean some of the crud off the bottom of the truck from the previous owner (greasy, oily dirt on just about everywhere). Don't think it had ever been cleaned and if I did have a leak I wanted to be able to see where.

Got under it today just to check something and see I have fresh gear oil all around the trans mount area and some good drips dropping off where the adaptor and transfer case mount together.

Tried to search and find it, but any idea what seal is leaking (of if it is something else common)?

I've looked at the factory manual and looks like the adaptor has an oil line in it and also has a seal. I assume the transfer case has seals too, but not got to that page.

Been looking on Rock Auto at seals and they list a few different. Adaptor seal, extension housing seal, input shaft seal, mounting adaptor seal, output shaft seal, switch shaft seal. That is just under the tranfer heading.

Any tips or direction you can give on what seal/s I need to order would be great. Guess while I'm attempting the clutch I may as well fix this leak.
