Using Bluetooth I can get the phone function of my iphone 4G to work. However, when playing music from the iphone through the car audio i can't get it to change albums as described in the manual. I have Type B audio control panel. Any suggestions?

Also, did you figure out how to sync your iphone phonebook via bluetooth?

The bluetooth sounds really buzzy on the other end. I have had my 2012 for 3 weeks and nothing I have done has changed this, specifically taking the iphone 4 case off, different positions in the truck, etc.

check and make sure nothing is covering the mic which is located between the 2 lamps on the ceiling in the front... if it is free of obstruction you may just have to call the stealership... have read other posts about people having the same problem...

as for the phonebook, if you try it let me know Mike

I had same issue. To get album functionality over bluetooth your phone has to be upgraded to iOS 5.0. This will update your bluetooth radio and give you that function. Otherwise it will simply say "streaming audio" when you are operating it.

I caution you about upgrading your phone for that reason. If you plug your phone in via the usb port, you are forced to change songs on the headunit. I have almost 4,000 songs and don't wanna push buttons to scroll. I would rather use the traditional ipod screen menu. I am uncertain if the streaming changes this functionality too. I don't wanna upgrade my phone and that happen because you can't downgrade ur phone OS. Maybe someone will respond that knows after this bump.
