I thought that myself- it appears to be only when crappy roads are present though. Smooth roads and such do nothing. I will see if I can video it this weekend.

It does. Now I've found that the brake light flashing happens on the bumps also. Thinking something is off setting wise on the pedals or connections. Cruise does it sometimes also though. I don't use it very often-

My brake lights have been blinking when I hit the large road bumps also. Looked at it and noticed that when I knock the pedal around it makes the lights blink real easy. Seems to be off in adjustment? Maybe have something to do with the variations in RPM's?

Sounds like you have a loose electrical connection somewhere.

Thinking that or an adjustment is needed for the pedals- strange

If you had the gas pedal recall with the software update done, this would explain it. Brake application signal to the ecu overrides the throttle pedal signal, so RPM drops. Once the truck onto smooth road again, all is well as the brake apllication signal goes away, until the next bump. Look for anything amiss with the brake pedal, ie return spring broken, and check the brake light switch. They are adjustable, IIRC.

This^ the brake switch causes the throttle to return to idle.

Alright, I adjusted the break pedal and all the problems ceased. Appears that the pedal was off and kept kicking the break lights and in turn was making the tranny jump. Sounds strange, but it solved the issue-

    Thanks for all the help-

Nah, it runs great and stays in gear- no issues. The issue was an out of whack break pedal that solved it all after I re-aigned it. It's done right, extensions, etc. so it works good.
