Greetings from the land of cotton...... A brand new, not 9 hours old Taco Owner and former Lurker. I love smaller trucks and no one else matches what Toyota offers. I got a nice simple, plain 4 banger access cab with a SR5 package and that it. After reading a lot of your great posts, I guess compared to most owners on here, I have the non typical taco. Hard to believe, but I drove a Prerunner with 4 cylinders and I didn't like it. I couldn't afford the 6 cylinder and I didn't want to go into debt over it. To those who do love their Off road and modified models, More Power to you, but I wanted a simple truck and that is what I got.
I do appreciate all those who have posted all their modifications and improvements to their tacos. You have answered many questions and have shown a ability to make it all work and that is what makes this a great website. From reading your posts, It helped me to decide that there is only one truck for me. Thanks for having such a great place to post and read.
