Hey guys, just looking for some advice or suggestions on how I could go about repairing a kinked parking brake cable. I'm not sure how it happen, but I'm guessing a branch came up and snagged it somehow. What happens now is after I release my parking brake, the brake will stay on for a few minutes before it releases. I guess the kink is preventing the cable from sliding back. Is there any type of sleeve or something I could slide over it to straighten it back out? I priced out a new cable and it was $200 . Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!
