What about the old classic trick of putting the poo in a paper sack, putting it on his door step, lighting the bag on fire, then ringing the doorbell?

 

Catch him in the act of allowing his dogs to shit on your yard and then go stuff the turds down his throat till he shuts the hell up, oh sorry i was thinking out loud about how I would handle it.

bag up the dog turds and put them on his porch. if that dont work..............knock on his door and tell him to not let it happen again....dont ask him. if that dont work..................light the shit on fire on his porch and whoop his ass.

 

I agree nothing pisses me off more than people who don't clean up after their animals.

Or set a sprinkler in your yard and "accidently" turn it on full force when the little turds head to your grass. (just hope they don't like to play in the water.)

 

Put a little Hot Wire (like cattle hot wire) around your lawn, about wiener dog nose height. leave it unplugged till you see the little turds coming to crap, then turn it on, Zap and you have some little hot dogs.

 

We had that happen once.....I knew who it was.....shoveled the shit & threw it on their front porch.

Did it 3 times and no more crap in my yard

 

Shoot large chunk dog food at the dogs from a sligshot. When the owner complains, just tell him you were feeding them.

My labs shit in the flower beds. Every lab I've had do this. I believe they don't want to step in it either.

My old neighbor had a back yard pushmower with a thatching blade on it. The little springs broke up the turds pretty good. The mower lived outside under a washtub because it smelled like shit from 2 great danes.

 

x3 on the catch them in the act and ask him to keep them out. Then you don't need anonymity, in fact, the messages after that should be quite clear...

 

In the following order:
#3, #2, #6, #4, and #1. Or..... #5 isn't an option since some innocent person is liable to step in it.
