well i run a 33x12.5 which is around a 315/65/17 and with my spacer lift and a sway bar i did not have to trim for daily driving, when i switched to real suspension and removed my sway bar im still trimming, though my alignment is some fiercely out of whack

ill be going to 315/75/17 soon i want my 35's and the width of a 12.5 is the stance i wanted

but i wasnt afraid to carry a dremel on me at all times to repair rubbing as i go :p

i recently found out i need to redo my cab mount chop and trim

on to your question i dont think running a 265/75 would be too bad, its not 12.5 wide though....

Do you think I could get by with 11.5 wide without trimming?

i wouldnt get a shop to do it

id drive it first, buy a paint marker and start marking when you rub etc... than go get it cut, and start marking again

whats your suspension set-up, like i said with a 3" spacer lift and factory sway bar installed i had some but very minimal rubbing

be prepare though to have 1.25" spacers as well itll help clear some of the rubbing but will make for more while turning etc....

its doable, just be ready to be dremel happy

My lift is a 3" procomp suspension lift. New shocks and coil springs along with add a leaf for the rear.
