Thanks for the tips! I don't want to lower it. I just want to raise it just enough to not be laughed at by every other person I know.

They all had there dads drop 10k on nice vehicles, so they've all got nice 4x4s.

Yeah, I got a truck to haul stuff with, pull things, etc. I don't want to lower it :/ I hate lowered trucks.

    Desperate bump.

There is no info explaining lifting a 5 lug generation 1 2wd Taco anywhere.

    I need information/confirmations.

There wasn't anything in the 5-lug section  um, you could do a body lift :notsure: I know nothing of 5-lug suspensions. Check out bilstein's website.

I've scoured 1st gen, 5 lug, and even 4 cyl... and I can't find anything.

    I'll check that site.

That's the problem, I have the worst of the worst, so no one knows about it.

Can do! Once I get my crap together, I'll post it. Maybe some people in my shoes now will take advantage of it.

I do think I'm settled on a 3 inch spindle with an AAL or shackle set.

Now comes the hard part; getting the money :D
