I am looking for a bed rack that will work with the the c-channel track system. I have an 08 DCSB, looking to mount a rack and sometimes a yak and bike. Thanks for the help in advance!

It appears your link to Lowe's offers a nice price, but that also seems to indicate they are closing out the item. I can not order that in my local store any longer. It may be on their site, but it can't be ordered or shipped.

It has been replaced by the 30000-04, with current pricing about $475 or more.

The "other" model is the same exact one with a different set of hardware options and it comes with the Tacoma adapters and it's marketed at the G2.

Those can be found here for $451 (new customers only) http://www.autoanything.com/truck-racks/tracrac-t-rac-truck-bed-rack

or you can overpay for this one http://www.autoanything.com/truck-racks/tracrac-tracone-truck-bed-rack

Great pics XXXX ! I just ordered the TracRac Trac One from Lowes yesterday for $299 (#27000). They didn't have it in stock, but they're shipping one (no charge) in from another location for me to pick up locally. This model doesn't have the Tacoma mount kit, but found the kit (#34000) @ etrailer.com for $56.99. Used referral code RMN07A to knock $2.85 off the price, so with shipping it came to $61.13 total. Looks like a basic rack which is all I need for a couple of kayaks.

I wouldn't mind having a set of those in steel to mount my bed basket and rails I'm going to build on. Guess I'll have to stick with the extang rail mounts and angle iron.

    I have better pics now.

I ended up cutting the rack down 4" in height and 9" in width so I don't rip it off in the woods when I pass by trees.

I love my bakflip, but the only thing I hate is not being able to use my rail system to mount stuff like this. Frick.

Bakflip makes a rack that you can add or remove as needed. You will need to replace the siderails that the cover mounts to, meaning more $$ than just the cost of the rack alone.

Can anyone confirm that the latest TracRac
    http://www.lowes.com/pd_117754-2533...&cm_mmc=AFF_CJ-_-5467698-_-2617611-_-10935405

is still compatible with this mount kit
    http://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/TracRac/TA34000.html

This thread is a couple years old and I would like to be sure before purchasing.

I don't know the answer, but Home Depot has the rack at the good price. I don't think Lowes has this anymore. I ordered the adapter kit where you mentioned and will pick up the rack at the local Home Depot. Ordering the Kit thru HD was $70, so I save about $8 thru your link.

there are two kits... one has tool box mounts and one does not. All that means is one kit has an additional 2 clamps and if you have a 12" tool box like me you don't need the additional clamps. anything over 12" and you will need them - but I have them so PM me and Ill sell them dirt cheap.

I am considering a TracRac Track One. Does anyone know if the crossbars will take a Yakima Rocketbox?

Here is my rack I designed and now sell to TW members! Sits on top of the bed rails and mounts using the bed rail slides. The two side cross bars are adjustable up and down and the top two bars adjust in and out for anyone's needs.

I also have a cab height version for those who don't like the low profile one.:D

I'm here for knowledge folks, please feel free to inform me. Expedition Essentials Track Mount Weather Tech floor liners and window vents K&N air filter Summit Dakars in Matte Bronze -25 offset King suspension from Filthy Motorsports MESO customs white/red interior lights and MESO customs gasshole
I have a Tacoma mount kit for the TracRack bed rack available if anyone wants it. My pop got this rack and the Taco mount kit for me as a birthday gift but it wasn't the tacoma mount kit with the toolbox mount and I needed the toolbox mount. So they forced me to order another complete taco mount kit with the toolbox mount because they can't separate them... So I have the original mount kit that came with the kit (not for Tacomas), and a Tacoma Mount kit (without the tool box mount) that I have no use for. let me know if anyone needs them.
