    Seriously... I've hung out with SF guys who refer to magazines as "clips".

    If a retired Ranger wants to call them clips, I'm not going to correct him.
    It may be technically incorrect, but it's a term that has become engrained.


    Just don't call an 11rd mag an "assault clip" :banghead:
