I had the same problem and removed the skid plate but the bolt for the skid plat crossmember hit the bumper so those came off and the bumper fits tight. I believe the crossmembers are there just to mount the stock skid to not for structural purposes. please correct me if Im wrong.

That was my conclusion too. Though I did put the AP IFS skid on which essentially did the same thing if not stronger.

    Question...

Did we all get the "newly improved" model or remaining old stock?

Just noticed the "Better ground clearance and approach angle" model on Allpro's website.

It does look like there is a difference between the two. The new one does not look like it has the lower valance peice with the 3 holes in it.

From what I see, the lower center portion has been recessed. I don't see any difference in the upper sections though. Since its modular you may be able to just buy the redesigned lower section and bolt it on to the old upper?

What have you done to your truck lately
How did you get the TRD.boost gauge to work? Do you have a write up on that and some pictures. Nice set up.

Thanks! Look to the left of the TRD logo on the S/C housing. The two larger hoses are the coolant hoses that are part of the intercooler. To the left of that is a small nipple that you can connect to for the boost/vacuum gauge.

This is off topic in this section I suppose. If you need more help, PM me, or post in the TRD S/C Installation How To thread which is linked in my signature.

    Good luck!
