How hard is it to swap a prop shaft carrier bearing?

So I have an LSD in my truck now, thanks to my nephew, and I had him look at the carrier bearing on the prop shaft. He had the driveline guy at his shop look at it, and the two of them agree, there is excessive play. It's not too bad, but under load, like going up a hill, there is some vibes. So lying under my truck, I pondered the removal and installation of a new carrier bearing.

What it looks like is I have to remove the propshaft from the truck (easy part), and remove the center u-joint. My question is, how hard is it to remove the bolt holding the yoke in front of the carrier bearing? Is it likely that a guy like me, with hand tools only, could remove it by holding the driveshaft in a vice and breaking it free with a breaker bar? Or is it something that needs air tools for the removal?
