    Welcome to TW.

First off, you came to the right place, 2nd, I've owned 2 2nd gen tacos and will never buy a different mid-sized (probably not a full sized one either) truck again. With the reliability and aftermarket equipment and the know how & extremely smart and talented people on this website there is no better alternative. Also if you have a question to ask its probably got an answer here, I use the search function at least 10 times a day lol.

I'm sorry I totally didnt answer your question, both tacos I've owned had 33s with 3" of lift, now I'm not saying that's what you have to do I'm just saying that's what I'm used to, I've pulled jeeps, dodges, fords, duallies, 2wds, 4wds everything in between but never pulled out a properly equipped Tacoma. I'm probably being biased but people always claim tacos are too expensive and my only response is "you get what you pay for."
