Well I have more in my gallery but apparently there too big to upload...these are they only ones I can get now. I continue to get compliments on the truck from friends and random people and no one agrees with me when I express my concern about the tires being too small. I believe I'm going to keep them, I love the bfg's and to go to 275 or 285 I gotta got to a 10 ply. I love the way these handle...you can barely notice a change in anything. Hopefully I can figure how to upload the other pics.

I found the Hankook Dynapro ATMs in 275/70R17 load range C and I'm thinking about going with them over the P 265/70R17s I was looking at....any input?

Hang on , have you ordered them , because the ATm's do not come in a load range C in 275/70/17

I was under the same impression that they were available in Load Range C , and when they arrived they were Load Range E , an email to Hankook confirmed that they have never offered them in Load Range C and that the online dealers have them mis-labelled on their sites

Weird. Hankook's site does not show the ATM in a 275/70/17 (at least that I can find). I see a 275/70/18, but not 17. So far, these are the only tires I have found in a 275/70/17 (in no particular order):

    Goodyear Wrangler AT/S (c load) 10.9" wide x 32.4" tall
Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor (c load) 11.0" wide x 32.2" tall
    Goodyear Wrangler MT/R with Kevlar (e load) 11.0" wide x 32.4" tall
    Mastercraft Courser A/T (c load) 11.1" wide x 32.2" tall
    Mastercraft Courser C/T (c load) 11.3" wide x 32.2" tall
    BFG A/T KO (e load) 11.0" wide x 32.2" tall
    Firestone Destination A/T (c load) 11.0" wide x 32.2" tall
Mickey Thompson Baja STZ (e load) 11.0" wide x 32.2" tall
    Cooper Discoverer AT3 (c load) 11.1" wide x 32.2" tall
    Cooper Discoverer AT3 (e load) 11.0" wide x 32.2" tall
    Cooper Discoverer S/T (c load) 11.3" wide x 32.2" tall
    Laramie TrailCutter M&S (c load ?) 11.3" wide x 32.2" tall
    Maxxis 761 Bravo A/T (6-ply) 11.1" wide x 32.4" tall
    Maxxis Bighorn M/T (8-ply) 11.1" wide x 32.2" tall
Big O Tires Big Foot M/T (c load) Actual sizes not shown
Hankook Dynapro ATM (e load) Actual sizes not shown

I don't know if a "c" load range is always the same ply, but a number of the above tires are "c" load range tires. The Maxxis A/T is the only one that actually lists it as a 6-ply tire.

The Hankook ATm in LT275/70/17 is a new size as of 2011

They only come in 10 ply , E rated

Cool, thanks. I've always heard good things about Hankook tires. I went ahead and added it to the list. Other than the "E" load rating, do you happen to know the section width and diameter?

As for load rating, is a "C" load rating always a 6-ply, a "D" load rating always an 8-ply, and an "E" load rating always a 10-ply?
