    It's the actual speedometer 'needle' position that is not actual againest the numbers on the backdrop.......calibration

    You're right, the needle has a slight offset, I guess for liability reasons. You can't have anyone speeding and blaming Toyota :p

    Illuminated 4X4 switch, 3" lift,
    I've removed my needles before when I changed out the LED's, could I just set the needle to the correct speed? I don't know how but it seems logical. I know this wouldn't help with the Odometer but it's a start.
