Should have known better

Honestly I don't use ebay anymore, if I can't hold it in my hand I don't pay for it. But most of the people on TW I "trust" seem to be good people and I have had some great dealings through the christmas exchange. For the most part we here are good folks, and the pay pal avice is true true.

 

Never buy used speakers. If you can prove there no good, paypal will reimburse you..Been there before. It may take a while, but they will side with you. Keep EVERYTHING

 

Ok, finally received a new speaker that was replaced under warranty because the speaker that I bought from mhraxo was BLOWN!!!! I went through paypal and they denied my claim and I was on my own. mhraxo is a crook and needs to be banned! Anyway I was dealing with Dan at Image Dynamics about the speaker that was muffled and distorted. He said send it in and they will take a look at it. $15 bucks to ship it back and 5 weeks later I have a new speaker that they warrantied for me. Pretty impressive customer service!

mhraxo needs to be BANNED
