Maybe this will help, or not... FoxySandChick has 17x9 moto metals 957's which spec out as 4.5 backspace / -12mm offset. From her pic in post#6 it looks like no lift and she mentions some rubbing at full turn on the fender corners. No front mud flaps are present. Her profile says she has the TSB bilsteins and she has slightly larger tires than yours, 265/70/17's, but it may give you a visualization.

    Thanks,Sno.
The tires don't seem to stick out too far from that angle.
Like you said, she has 265/70-17s which according to Discount Tire's tire calculator is .52" more sidewall height and a bigger overall diameter of 1.05 and circumferance 3.27 than my stock 265/65-17s.
Maybe I won't need any trimming or have to take off the mudflaps.I really wish I knew before buying these wheels.

    Thanks :D. You are correct.

I answered your PM with the pic that is also in the above thread, post #14. I'm thinking it sticks out maybe an inch, I don't think it is so much that you would get a ticket or anything. Your size will be about 1" smaller than mine, I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be any rubbing. I should take a pic of the area it is rubbing, it is a very small corner on the inner edge of the bottom of the fender and it only rubs on full turns. I have no problems with the rear edge rubbing, so I think your mud flaps would be fine. Hope this helps. I'll try to remember to get some pics when I'm not working and it is light out ;).
