Help, Day time running lights

Hello to everyone,

I'm trying to activate the day-time running lights on my 2010 tacoma. I bought two parts from a thread posted on here. The harness is correct, but the turn flasher is no the right one; but its the same part number that was posted on the thread. Can anyone tell me where I can buy the correct turn signal flasher that will allow me to have the day-time lights on.
