    I just purchased a 2005 Taco Double Cab. The previous owner had XM wired to the back of the factory stereo. I just removed the modulator, wiring and XM antenna. Also the XM radio holder with suction cup was with the unit. It appears to be a complete setup. I will email pics if you are interseted. If you are intersted let me know.
