Dr. Colorchip

So today I was down at the causeway on the river and some jackass was slingin rocks and I got a pretty noticeable scratch down the side of my bed and I tried using the scratch dr .. Couple coats later and its still there. Not as bad as it was originaly but it's still there. Me and my pop did some research and came across this stuff called "DR.colorchip" it looks like it works really good but I wanted to get some input from you guys on here..
Have any of you guys used this? Would you recommend it? Would you recommend something else?

Edit: it's for Colorchips so I'm not sure how it will work on scratches..
Is there anything else that works good? If not this?

Never heard of it. but in general, if you can feel the scratch with your fingernail, it needs a proper repair including sanding and buffing.
Most of the "easy" DIY solutions, including Langka, do not work well on metallic paints.

 

i used the dr.colorchip on my rock chips this past weekend...it worked out good. i think it can be used for scratches, but it will require more than 1-2 coats. i recommend buying the kit as well as some extra sealant on the side if you choose to go with the dr.colorchip repair kit.

but as Rich91710 states...it depends how deep your scratch is.

 

Ive been watching videos on langka and drcolorchip and I'm stressing to be honest I don't really like either. I feel like I be better of using touch up paint...
Im about to go to a body shop and price it up to get it proffesionally done..
Is anyone else using a scratch remover that works very well.. Like factory look?

 

Have used Dr Colorchip several times & no complaints. Easy to use & great product.

 

I usually use an airbrush with thinned touch up paint
