    Haha. The seniors at my school did that last year and unbolted the roof. I think a mattress in the pool is ok, but you could fill a room with solo cups filled with water so they have to empty them one by one, or you can set up books in the library like dominos so when the open the door in the morning the all fall down.

    We had a 3 story atrium in the entry way with windows up top that didn't open. Someone let 5 pigeons loose in the atrium and they flew to the top and shit everywhere. It was a smelly stinky mess and they had a hell of a time getting them down.

    One senior class pulled fire alarms repeatedly. when you were coming in from one being reset, another would be pulled. I would not recommend this prank. It is a very good way to get arrested.

    so we ended up getting about 200 locks and put 3 or for pad locks on every entrance to the school. The janitors only have 1 pair of bolt cutters so it took them 4 hours :D
