    My understanding is that since you didn't change anything, it's not a problem. the issue is with disclosure of changes to the factory safety systems. Your car was in their system incorrectly and you'd have an easy time proving that with some paperwork from your dealer.
    I'm not a lawyer but review contracts of all sorts as part of my job so please don't take anything I say as legal advice. I'm just trying to point out a potential issue as I see it.
    Here's hoping you never have to find out.
