3 inch lift with 33

i dont even have the 3inch lift, I just have the cutouts that allow 32s and I still get arround 270 miles outa my tank prolly 16 17 gallon tank. im goin 31s till I get the proper lift. but I dont think you need to regear unless you go over a 33

 

If you do go with 33s, stay away from load range E tires. They are heavier.

 

i had a 3 inch and 33x12.50-15s on my 04 4x4 4 cylinder and loved every minute of it.ill be doing the same to my 2010 soon just with better components as ive learned from personal experiences the cheap route is not good for the truck.spacers will pound your frontend and youll never have proper geometries and travel again as the spring becomes way too stiff with the spring spacer or the overall assembly becomes too long with the top load spacer and youll have improper forces on the rest of the suspension..if you do it, do it right and youll love it.try it first, drive it and determine if re-gearing will suite your needs or if you can stand it with stock gearing and save yourself money.and gas is meant to burn so everyone stop whining over mileage.buy a prius if its that big of a deal
