makes sense you are all in the same family.

in summary. you wanted your new purchase validated by some idiot. he is an idiot for a reason, and performed as expected. you got pissed and performed as expected.

sorry, but i would have just picked up the floor liner and put it back in.

i would take it to one of the dent remover companies and get an opinion. cant cost that much.

He'd have been escorted out of my house for being an ass. As he drove away, I'd be laughing about those nails in his tires!
