After reading every ones comments, I'm sorry this is the first I've seen of it. Anyone that has done business with me or my company knows that we do what it takes to make it right. I always tell my employees and customers "It's not about making mistakes, we all make mistakes it's about what you do to make it right."

We know our lead times is something we need to work on and as I stated in my response to the original poster, we had some unexpected staff changes and were record busy with new products and old products. We've been working 10-12 hours a day plus weekends to catch up and just hired a couple weeks ago anther welder.

It's true what they say one screw up erases all the "outaboys" you've gotten over the years. So we will do our best to erase this one as well.

If you Original poster would like to contact me tomorrow I will be happy to refund all the shipping charges not just the overages.

Pretty sure they make your wheels for Jeeps. 89 octane goes in jeeps too. Same with 5w30 motor oil. And Revtek spacers lifts...

Anyone who thinks jeeps are crap is a fan boy. If I could own a 2007ish Grand cherokee with the 3.0L diesel I would in a heartbeat. Their 4x4 system beats the shit out of anything on our trucks. Quadra Drive is like having lockers but better cause it puts power to the wheel with the most traction.

Says the guy with a bumper made by another dude. ARB is the strongest bar none. Did you make your lights yourself? How about that Flydesigns LED, fab up your own?

I'm seeing a lot of negatives going on here.

You used too and you know it. Quit playing coy ya bugger.

The 4.7L V8 is a solid motor and gets the same mileage as our 4.0's. Less HP but an extra 30ft/lbs. And that's not even for the H/O motors. Those get an even more massive boost.

Either way everything else I mentioned still holds true.

I didn't say all jeeps were good. Just like not all Toyota's are good.

As stated, the 4.7 is a tank.

You win some, you lose some.

I dunno about the Cherokee's but the build quality in the Grand Cherokee is really good. Reminds me of my 91 Corolla. Solid panels, a dash that isn't chiseled from a solid piece of plastic like ours, power everything.

Issues do occur in every business, its what takes place after they occur that seperates the good ones. Once Jason was notified it was corrected and it appears he is doing everything he can to make it right. I would def buy from them.

My 91 Corolla busted it's radiator, muffler, door handles (habitually. I actually had a stash of them in the trunk they broke so often.) and the starter ate itself. I once froze the engine and battery solid after parking it for 3 weeks in -35ishºC weather while I was out working. Jumped it and it started fine. Tranny skipped here and there from the frozen fluid...

    neglect, mostly.
same story with my cherokee. piece of trash. . . though the quadratrek wasn't bad ill admit.. . though it did stretch out my transfer case chain horribly and wear out the teeth in the gears to the point of uselessness over 130,000 miles.

and on subject, glad to see the situation is resolved.
