Typo for sure - because Kurtis brought this to my attention and he's the one who processed your order, so he was owning up to the mistake. He has already fixed it in our system.

Regardless, I'm sorry about that! And the reason the shipping label says the same thing is because all the data gets transferred over directly from our invoice into the UPS Worldship software.

Very nice AllPro admitting to the mistake if one at all just a funny typo IMO

Try having the name Osvaldo, whenever I meet anyone I say my nickname or have to deal with the mispronunciation it gets pretty boring but at times it can make a nice ice breaker.

I've been "over it" for some time.. Honestly it wasn't that big of a deal. I though it was kind of funny and that's why I shared. If it was a major issue I would have called them but it really wasn't.

Thanks for the apology All-Pro! I really enjoyed the leafs while I had the truck! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new pack.

Did you do something to prompt an employee to be a "dick," as you say? If not, don't worry about it. Such mistakes happen all the time. Store personnel (clerks, managers, etc), who deal with many customers each day, hear all kinds of names, some quite strange or funny. I've heard or seen some real doozies, both while working in stores and not. Out of politeness, most usually don't respond to whatever they heard or thought they heard. If the name (spelling or whatever) is wrong, simply correct it. No big deal.
