4 cylinder manual transmission help

I am trying to figure out if on the 05+ 4 cylinder engines, the transmission differs between the 5 and 6 lug.

From my research online I cannot really tell if there are any differences and just wanted to confirm.

Reason for asking is because ever since my transmission was replaced, with a 5 lug model ( I can tell 5 lug due to the shift knob ), I have been having a noise in 5th gear just chillen around 50-55 mph. Dealership tells me its nothing to worry about but it sounds like a spun bearing maybe.

According to the factory service manual, the only manual transmission for the '05+ 4cyl is the R155. There is an R155F for the 4x4 models, but it's the same internally, just doesn't have the tail shaft extension housing so the transfer case can bolt up.

 

Isn't the shift knob without the sr5 or trd the same? Those two options come with leather wrapped, so even a 4x4 could have that black knob if no options were added. Only one model with two configurations. Shift knob is option specific.
