I think I have a Problem! HELP!

    You need to do something. Those bushing shouldnt be bulging out like that. After you remove the zerk, you may have to loosen the UCA bolt. Just take the Zerk off and cycle the UCA a bit and see if that helps......Are All the bushings bulging like that???

    Yeah, they are. But I know for a fact that he tightened them to specs. and not too much. But I will try and relieve some of the presure to see if it helps.

    They dont bulg out like that because they are too tight, they bulg because the guy went nuts with the grease gun. When they bulg like that, it can wear them out fast. it COULD be makeing the noise you describe. not sure though......

    I hope so! I kinda had a feeling he would go nuts with the grease, bc he's also a truck driver, "the more grease the better"!! So I will def. take the zerks off tomarrow and relieve some pressure.

    No Im possitive there not cranked up too high, infact I had to crank them down. But I had 3" spacers before and made sure to make the measurement close to the same. It might be a smidge higher, but not enough to effect the CV's. So I will try what chris sugested and relieve some pressure from the UCA's and see if it helps. But thanks for the info!

    Hey chris, I got the zerks off and the grease is verry slowly coming out. Do I just wait for it to come out? or am I sappose to some how get it out?

    Cycle the UCA's up and down a few times. You may have to loosen the UCA bolt, then re tighten it to get the bushings to relax.

    Well I got some more grease out, and tightend everything back up. But when I drove it around, It was still there. :( so im ganna geuss its my cv's. And If it gets any worse or starts making noise. Im ganna have to have a shop look at it. This really sucks!!!

    Ok...Im thinking its the CV's.....Yes, the UCA bolt gets torqued to 100 ft-lbs.

    Yeah, it wasnt luckily! It turned out to be my UCA's they had too much preasure in them and were pushing the bushings out. So I took them apart and greased them correctly and everything is all good now.
