How do i Sns 200 in tacoma?

    Hello every one I am new in this forum and hope this finds all of you well! my question is I recently bought a SNS 200 (scion navigation) for my 08 Tacoma and according to several posts, it suppose to be plug and play but soon as i plug in, it shows " A program cannot be read please contact your local dealer " do i really need to call the dealer or its just a hookup issue? I really dont want to spend the money to pay someone to install it if i can do it myself... Can anyone help on this? Thanks in advance!
