Rca problems

Thanks for any help..I notices that my left driver door was making a buzzing sound tonight,I checked a few things out and i looked at the rca's going to the amp and found that the jacket on the one rca plug was pulled away from the plug,I switched the plug to the right side and it started buzzing on the right side..Can i repair the plug or just run new rca's,They are 4 channel.The ones i have in my truck are monster cable...I have pics.

 

if you can dismantle your RCA end and if you're handy with a soldering iron, it should be pretty self-explanatory.

 

Thanks!..Im pretty good with soldering but in the picture,You can see the 2 little white wires and they seem like they are tight and connected,That is what throws me off...lol I was not sure what i needed to solder.
