    Missing My Last Tacoma --- Had 11 Toyota trucks in the past and many other Toyota cars too.

    If you call the COPS here on barking dogs (inside or outside) ... they usually warn you first ... then start giving the tickets.

    Main thing to be concerned about is retaliation from the neighbors though ... good luck on this one.

    i did not see the antifreeze part at all. lol. but yes they wear. but i think/fill is has alot to do with the owner. if owner treats them good they are most likely to be a good dog. if they beat it and stuff it is more likely to turn and be mean.

    stop the bickering....i have the degree of Moderdom and decree the dogs live, punish the owners...you may leave the thread now. the OP got his real answer pages ago with the actual laws to back it.
