Does anyone have any experience with the shallow mount 10" Kicker sub? Also, I'm looking for a Kicker sub amp with around 300-400 watts. What would you recommend? Thanks in advance.

I have the kicker shallow 12" with a kicker 400/1 mono amp I like the amp but the swallow sub seems to not be able to hit the lows a normal 12 can hit i dont know how the 10 would be though?

Do you think it's because of the speaker design, or simply because it's a shallow mount.

Not a big audio guy so not sure it could be the box as well its a kicker made box for the sub but its pretty small to fit behind the rear seats? I would like to hear someones JL13.5 slim sub thinking of upgrading to that.
