space lift vs toytec

    oh k well i was gunna go with the toytec 885 coils with the aal on stock trd shocks but then i found the hell bent steel 3" spacer lift for $75 which is a huge difference so i was wondering why do poeple hate spacers? like for light off roading and mainly street driving do they really suck that much?
    who can inform me through experience?
    aslo can i fit stock stellies with a 3" lift? how would that look?
    i already searched alot and plus these forums are for questions anyway:)

    i got my 3in spacer also for 75 im guessing you looking at hbs
    and imean drives perfect, its actually turns alot better and easier
    the only problem is that you got a lil lean heres a pic

    does anyone know if this is a good lift or is there better brands? also which is the best kind...like some go over springs etc.?

    Cant go wrong with Toytec. Bu if youre looking for a little more It wont hurt to go with Icon Suspension or Fox Suspension.


    Just stay away from Pro Comp for Tacos

    Because of comments like that that I order the OME set up too...Spacers will keep your stock shocks and springs. Top spacers should keep roughly the same ride too. With the OME lift you can/should install OME shocks..and that should improve the ride.

    lol. Oh my bad! haha. I actually havent even installed the rear shocks yet. Ive been lagging it. Im about to order tc uca's as well. Do you have the tsb done? I didnt have to use an aal. Mine sits level.

    All those Hell Bent Steel products are made by Fat Bob's Garage and they do excellent work. I have their lift kit on my taco, as well as, their sway bar relocator and differential drop kit. They also make a lot of other Taco stuff.
