Illegal to sell kids ATV and Motorcycles in Washington?

I must be old. I remember way back when they quit making 3 wheelers. Said they were dangerous. To many stupid people putting their foot down when they made a turn and got sucked under the back tire!

 

This is why I live in CA, you can't buy anything unless you're 18! Then liquor when you're 21...
