    Yes the tool iron does fit on there. The prob that i had was that i did'nt let them dry enough before i put the wheels and tires bck on. So if you let them dry they might work fine. When i put the tool iron and lug nut in the circle and spun it around the plasti dip peeled around with the tool iron. I should've let them dry longer. So on the other side i just left them on the truck and it went great.
