Hey guys. The stealership did the TSB listed above a few months ago and when I got it back I noticed a distinct vibration while braking in the range of 20-23 mph. So I took it back to them and they replaced the drive shaft saying there was play in the splines. The vibration is still there. WTF? I don't trust these fools as far as I can throw them. They are seeing $$$$ repairing warranty stuff that isn't broken.. What do you think the vibration is? A buddy of mine said that when they rotated my tires they may have warpped a front rotor by not putting the tire on properly. Suggestions?

Your tires wouldn't warp your rotor. Stopping hard warps your rotors. That's probably your problem.

I doubt it. We cannot help diagnose the problem with so little info on the problem you face. I never heard of a warped rotor from rotating tires before.

Oh boy! Sorry everyone. I got in a hurry on this thread and left out details. 2009 Taco TRD Double-cab. The TSB is a rear spring issue. They call it a harsh ride under weight. I had them switch out the rear springs under this TSB and when I got it back I felt the shimmy at 20-23 ish MPH. Believe it or not I don't feel it if I stomp on it. Gradual deceleration is where I feel it. If Im leaving out anything let me know. Thanks for the replies thus far!
