What do I need to know about washing and waxing my truck with the clear bra?

Just bought a 2012 TRD Sport and I had the clear bra put on over the front end and side mirrors (not the Toyota accessory one). Wash it normal, wax it normal, just keep wax off the bra or go right over it?

The newer spray waxes are safe for just about all surfaces.

You might be fine with a paste as well, except that you may get buildup on the edges where the bra stops and the paint starts.
