    About to order my 2.75" OME Dakar springs, Bushings, U-bolt kit, Carrier Bearing drop kit, and OME shocks to go with the springs. Just a last min check, I don't want Deavers due to the loss of capacity. Sooooooo Whats your take on the Dakars? Out of those, the Alcans, or spending $1200 on the TSBs (I have tried 4 dealers here in Cali, they all say Im not eligable for the TSB due to my AAL.) What springs would you go with? Does any have the Dakars already? How are they? When I order, Im going threw Wheelersoffroad.com. The guy I talked to said they are the shit and suggested them over the Alcans and also over the TSBs. What do yal think???

    Really!! An AAL for the Dakars? What does it add to the 2 3/4"?

    I have heard about this Taco lean before, but my truck sits level. What exactly is the "taco lean"?

    It is strange, the Dakars are only half the price of the Deavers or Alcans. This made me warry at first, but the guy a wheelers said they are way better than stock or the TSB springs, and that he would prefer them over the Alcans. I don't really compare them to the Deavers due to the very diff flex and capacity rate. Tell you the truth I am still warry about them being so cheap. Why so cheap if the are the best? Im still researching. Silverback likes them so far. 18 months no prob.

    Ya, lack of dough sucks. Im on a Ramen diet till I get my rear end done. But in Nov I dumped $1700 into my front end. $600 for the rear is not bad. I know there is a Wheelers group buy going down soon, but if it doesn't pan out maybe we can hook up a little Dakar group deal and save each other some cash.
