    take wheels off, punch them out slowly from the back with the butt end of a screwdriver. They'll pop right out with no damage.

    I have a little 8" pry bar that I used. I used a lug nut as leverage, and gently popped the cap off.

    Take the wheel off, I take a soft handled hammer and push it out. tapping on the inside with the handle of the hammer, my hand on the other side to hold it.
