Read the threads about auto tranny with no dipsticks and not servicing for 100,000mi. Got an 05 Taco A/C 4 banger/auto and it has a tranny dipstick.

Read that the 4 banger has a 4 speed auto. Anyone know if this tranny has a different service procedure? Thanks.........

    Welcome to TW!

As far as I know, That tranny is just like most of the other auto tranny's out there. It uses standard auto tranny fluid (type should be in the owners manual). the 5 speed auto in the V6 is the one with the 100,000 mile service interval, and it uses a WS fluid.
